I just found an email mentioning to "switch" to Koodo, does this mean no longer use Public as the provider but more so a forum? I suppose my question is extremely vague...what does this do? I'm trying to read but for some reason not totally understanding!
thanks

@Rachelsloan if it came from PM number 5179, Then its a promotional upsell offer within the Telus chain. Telus owns both PM and Koodo.

@Rachelsloan, it sounds like your account was part of the targeted migration offers that were sent out last week or the week before. Periodically there are migration offers sent out to PM customers seeing if they want to switch to Koodo where they can get a phone on a Tab as well as have full speed LTE data plans

Koodo is a subsidiary of Telus but not part of PM. Did you receive a promotional offer to switch to Koodo ?

Can you copy/paste and remove strive info, or take screenshot
You cannot be moved, you have to agree to make switch
It may be advertisement/offer Koodo is 'sister' company to pm

Is it possibly a offer to migrate to Koodo??
Sometimes Public Mobile sends texts (not sure about email) giving customers an offer to migrate to their sister company Koodo. Telus owns Koodo and public mobile.
You do not have to accept....it's just an offer.
