Koodo number Transfer

I submitted a request to transfer a Koodo number to public mobile. Koodo already cancelled my account but the number is still not working within Public mobile. Now I am locked out I cannot communicate .

If your Koodo SIM is still working then it is in the process of porting your number over to PM…this could take up to 2 hours.

Once the Koodo SIM stopped working then reboot your phone by powering off then power back on.

i think you properly cannot even make outbound calls.  And you are physical sim?  try to reboot phone and try sim on another phone

if you cannot even make calls, it is an account setup problem. Support agent can help.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
