Kid's Android Phone

morning everyone

Wanted to post here to see if anyone has been in a similar situation. Looking to get an entry level Android phone for my daughter, and as well, enroll her to one of the Talk & Text plans from PM.

I read thru some of the previous posts, and it seems she'll need her own email address and separate PM account for her phone - and can't be added to my current PM account.

Does anyone have any suggestions for an entry level Android phone that works on the PM's listed bands? I thought I located a decent deal on Amazon for a Samsung phone but it was the international version  - and didn't want to take the risk. As well, hoping to get something that has eSIM functionality.

Any assistance would be great - thanks

Mark

@MarkSquires

If you are a Costco member. Go to the Electronic section and they have the Moto or TCL phones that will work on PM on VoLTE. They are normally on sale.starting from $100.

If you are not a Costco member. Have a family or friend who are members and purchase a Costco gift card for you so you don’t need to be a member to purchase.

@MarkSquires   Safest to get something on Public Mobile's VoLTE approved list, or a newer version of one that is on there.  I used to have a Motorola (Moto G) phone that I really liked, it lasted for years until the latest operating system left it behind.

Here's the VoLTE list
