My autopay credit card was due to expire at the end of August. Mid-August, I updated the card details in my account. I received a text message on 1 September saying my credit card had expired (from 4013). I double checked and could only find reference to the new card. Payment was successfully taken middle of September.
Today (1 October) I received another SMS (from 4013) saying my credit card had expired.
Seems like the SMS reminder system is borked and is using stale data to send messages. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thank you, you awesome people. After some kicking and screaming I submitted a ticket on this issue. I will post anything that comes back, as I love closure as much as you do!

Yes, I'm having the same issue, but payment has been taken and my account shows that the credit card has been updated. Not able to submit a help ticket as I get an error message?
