Hi there so I just changed my sim card to PM, I got the transfer text from virgin and replied yes. When porting in my phone number I apparently put in the wrong IMEI number however my account says its activated and the correct phone number is displayed. I can currently make outgoing calls but cannot receive incoming calls or send/receive texts. Do I just have to wait for the process to finish? How long does it usually take? Thanks everyone!

@dfrain you port request was not completed and hence you cannot receive incoming calls
you need to call the porting support team to give them the correct account number instead of IMEI . I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
