Just made my first top up one time payment

Pawprints1986

this time around, i ended up paying the remaining balance due (i had 15 of credits, 10 referral, 2 autopay, and 3ish that I used cash back credits for from a different card) ... but I do have $2 rewards from community from.... i cant quite remember when they were issued but they are still listed in my account.... should i have reduced another $2 from my balance due?

I just figured worse case Ill have $2 of available balance after the 26th (my renewal day) - am i right in thinking this is the case?

@Pawprints1986 if you have credits from the community forum you can find out by clicking on rewards in your account and it would tell you there. If this is your first time going through renewal it might be the 2.00 credit from the very first payment that does not apply until the following month.

@Pawprints1986the $2 will be a credit in your self service account for the next cycle. You will receive two 611 text messages around 12 pm (noon) on date of payment. A reward applied message and a payment thankyou message. Once you get these, congratulations, you are good until next cycle.

Ohh okay that's good to know! I was just hoping I hadn't screwed myself out of that bit of extra rewards in any way, but also didn't want to end up short if i had taken those 2 dollars off when paying and for some reason they weren't applied🙂

You've got it right. Your community reward from march was awarded in your account around the 6th or 7th of april. It will convert into your available funds upon renewal. It never hurts to have and extra buck or two in your account.
