Just actived my SIM and plan, but didnt get $5 off on my plan

Just actived my SIM and got $15 plan, but i didnt see any where with $5 off my plan in my account. I am a new customer. Am I missing anything? How can I get $5 off for 8 months as it says on the promotion?
