I’m currently with rogers and trying to get a plan here. My address isn’t in the search, no where to enter it manually and there is customer service is absolutely useless. I get sent to enter a ticket, but no matter what options I try, the submit button doesn’t work. I’m definitely thinking my money would be better spent elsewhere. How do I talk to an actual human??

hi @Cory83 for activation, "MacDonald St" won't work. You should ask PM to manually add the street to the system.
And yes, you can still submit ticket even you are not a customer

If you do NOT have service with PM you cannot open a ticket. You have to send direct message to agent - CS_Agent and explain your issue.
All PM support is on-line or here from other customers.

Don't worry about creating a ticket. You can sign up with any address you want. The McDonald's down the street even. LOL. As long as the postal code matches, it's good. Public Mobile will never mail you anything.

Thanks for the reply! What to do since tickets don’t work? I’ve tried a bunch of different options and info, but the submit button doesn’t work

The only way is through tickets. This is a self serve service.
If you REALLY want to join PM, you can use any address within your City or across Canada really. It really doesn't matter.
