I switched to Public and now I cant send sms, didn’t receive my eSim, and can’t submit a service ticket nor can have I been able to get in contact with a person that could help. How are my issues going to get resolved? How can I speak to someone when the chatbot keeps sending me in circles and tells me to submit a ticket but there is no avenue to actually do so

Did you receive the SMS and replied to it?
Dud you check your email for the welcome email?
