I want to set a community page for another cell number....how do I do that?

It's actually not bad idea, would be slightly easier when CS Agent ask you to validate your other account
just logoff this one, creat another Community account using the same email as the email used in your other My Account.

@ajfedinaz Make another community account with the same email address as your new self serve account just need to pick a different user name accounts have to be separate can’t combine

@ajfedinaz Are you managing the other cell number account? You don't need another community and can contact support with your current community account as long as you can verify the details of the other phone account.
Otherwise, just open another community account with a different username/password for login.
