And to top it off the email I signed up the account with was hacked so I'm unable to log in to reset my password to public Mobile

I take it youve been trying to add it thru 611? If you have had no success and need to contact the moderators to add it for you, change your password and i would suggest creating a pm only new email for your account and changing your email to your community account to match your new self serve email. Might as well kill 4 birds at the same time.....

Forn voucher, try later. The store might not have synced to the Public payment server yet.
For password reset, use https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat and type self serve password reset.

Did you recently purchase the voucher? Or have you had it for awhile?
Vouchers do take some time to activate. Sometimes 15 - 30 min, an hour, a few hours and then some type of top ups may take 24 hours apparently.
Did you get yours at a corner store/gas station?
You're also going to have to contact the moderators to update your email address. They are the only ones that can do it for your self service account.
If you need to update your community forum account (which you're posting on) you can click your bags on top right and select "my settings" you'll be able to change it there.
At the same time also notify them that your voucher is not working and they will be able to assist you with that. But continue to try entering the voucher if you just purchased it.
