Initially 2 days ago, I had the auto-pay expired glitch, and my plan failed to renew. Moderators told me to make manual payment and try a different card. So I put in a different card, and this happened. I had 12$ balance from Autopay rewards, then I got another 35$ somehow. It says my next payment (even though I have no active add ons) is in January for 0.0 dollars. How do I make a manual payment/renew?

Nope, now I have 72$ on my account. It's not letting me pay 120$, because it always subtracts 'available funds' from the total, and only lets me pay 48$.

@AlanQ It seems like you will need to let the system do its thing that renews at night and completes the process by the morning. The way the system bills you is somewhat confusing as it gives you credits and then charges for separate services such as Talk, Text or data. Eventually, the final total comes to the plan price minus any rewards or available balance.
So, check the account status tomorrow morning and see it changed anything. If you still don't have service or your plan is still not renewed, contact a mod by private message.
