I tried porting my number from Koodo yesterday. After some wait I saw message "Operation was successful". I checked my Koodo SIM stopped working. However, my PM SIM is still associated with the old PM number and the same old number still shows in my PM account. Anyone had a similar issue? I sent 2 emails to moderator team asking to help complete my port but have not heard back yet.

As a general tip use different emails if porting from Koodo to pm. I find those using the same email seem to get stuck. You can always change your email on pm later. But t owing up use a second email

It can be super frustrating. During the last couple of weeks, some people have been waiting 3-4 days for the porting issues to be resolved. Moderators do work on weekends, so hopefully, they will get to you today.

Thank you. I tried that but it did not solve my issue. Sitting and waiting for a moderator to look into my problem. It has been 36 hours since my first email to moderator team... Quite frustrating....

@vicabbott, that isn't quite a correct statement.
PREPAID ports from Koodo and PC Mobile need to be helped by the Moderator Team.
POSTPAID Koodo accounts normally have no issues with porting.

Please try to complete rebooting your phone.
Turn off your phone. Wait for 30 sec and turn it on after 30 sec.
Rebooting the phone can solve many issues.
If nothing helped then wait for the moderator response please.

Nothing you can do ATM but wait. You already sent 2 private messages to moderator.
Please note that any new private message which you send will move you to the end of moderator waiting queue.

Usually, ports from Koodo or PC mobile need to be handled manually by the moderator team, due to PM being on the same backend system. I ported over from PC earlier this month and it took about 24 hours after contacting the moderators.

If you have sent a message then sit tight and wait for the mods to get to it. My port was weird as well but I sent a message and waited 24 hours and things got resolved by the time mods got back to me

Generally ports from Koodo are really fast. Have you tried rebooting the phone? Please note that the moderator team are having a higher than normal workload these days. Please do not send multiple messages as this will slow things down even further.

It looks like you have an incomplete port. Unfortunately, you will have to wait to hear back from the moderator. Try not to resend multiple requests or your wait times will be longer. The response times has been about 24-48 hours the last couple of weeks unfortunately.
