All calls through this cell tower garble outgoing voices, doesnt matter what phone is used. All inbound voices loud and clear. Have two to three bar. No way to tell Telus because they cant hear me.

do you tried manually select network 3G only or WCDMA only. and rebooting device.

HI @Jfour What kind of phone do you have? make and model?
do you get better voice for outbound calls when you are at different places?
open ticket with PM CS Agent and let them confirm if any known issue with the towers around you area:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

You can report this issue to agent. Maybe they are not aware of this issue.

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.
