As soon as I switched to public mobile I could not receive calls from my husband. And I have a friend I cannot receive texts or calls from. How do I rectify this?

When moving here (presume very recently?), did you respond "YES" to the port authorization text within 90 minutes leaving your old provider SIM card in the device to reply?
If not, you could have a stuck or incomplete port.

@Kailee you sure you can receive calls from others and just not your husband? Please confirm if you can receive incoming calls from others. If you cannot receive incoming calls at all, it will be an indication that porting was not completed
if just not getting calls from your husband and you are getting other calls, may I know which provider your husband is using.? and how long you joined PM?
