Unable to make call to 613 area code. Used to work yesterday. Now I am receiving a notice to purchase an add-on. I have remove SIM and restarted the Iphone.

@DougWatson You need to use your browser in incognito mode for it to work.

Are you sure that you want to change your plan now? It's always better to change for the next renewal date...and your problem will probably not be solved with a changing plan...

As mentioned earlier, try enabling/disabling the lost/stolen feature. Do this while using incognito/private browsing mode. If this does not work, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team and they will look into your account.

It happens sometimes...you can reach the moderator here for more help in your account...https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and give them details of your problem. Waiting time is few hours to 2 days.

Does not work, I paying for Canada wide access - they advise me to pay for add-ons. I cannot even change my plan I the website.

If you're on the 10 or 15 plan then maybe you're out of minutes.
Is it just one number? The same number as yesterday? Do any other 613 numbers work?
Or are you on a provincial plan and are you near a border?

@DougWatson Have you tried dialing the number with 1 in front? If yes, you might have an issue with calling feature. Try enabling/disabling lost/stolen feature from your self-serve account. Sometimes this does the trick.
