I created a plan for my child and added the SIM card to my phone by accident. I cancelled the sim on my phone and am trying to add a new sim to my kids phone. I am not able to get into the account as I keep getting the email passcode for evertrust, but it is not working.
please - this is dreadful. Any help is appreciated!
I want to log into her account to add her new sim.

you were using esim?
so, you need a new esim for your kids? you need to use app to do all these, but you need PM to help. You cannot use Chatbot to open ticket in your case, so, please message PM

did you try using browser with Incognito/private/secret mode? if same, ask support agent to help
