Incoming call can’t recive

What plan are you on? If $15 there is a version of this plan that only allowed 100 minutes of calling whether in or out. Your outgoing calls would stop as well if you have used your 100 minutes up but this could be the case and you are wondering why incoming stopped working as well.

For quicker more detailed responses, more info would be very helpful.

What plan are you on?

How long have you been a customer of PM

How long have you been on the plan you are currently on?

What does someone get when they call your number?

Does your phone ring when called?

Have different people / numbers / lines tried calling your number?

@Desraj if it isn't a new activation or you choose a new number. Then try these  tricks to reset your service. You could try in order:
1.Restarting your phone. Turn it off, remove the SIM card, reinsert it, wait 5 minutes and restart it.
2.Putting your phone on aeroplane mode for 5 minutes. Take it off and restart.
3.From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5  minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone. try these  tricks to reset your service.

4.A network reset and restart your phone if it doesn't automatically do so.

If they fail contact the moderators and ask them to reset your service for you.  Stay safe.

@Desraj if this is a new activation and you ported your number it takes up to 7 days for a voip or landline and up to 3 hours to complete for a cell phone number. If you ported from another cell provider and its been over 3 hours, your port is probably stuck. Contact the moderators and ask them to fix it for you.
