Try one or more of the below:
*try restarting your phone
*removing your SIM, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode
*perform a reset network settings on your device
*manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) for dropping or unable to make incoming/outgoing calls
Did you just port a number into Public Mobile?

Check your DND settings.
Do not disturb mode would result in the calls going to voicemail. Messages such as the person being called is unavailable is something at the network ened.

Did you choose a new number or porting your old number over to PM?
If you ported over, did you reply to the text (with your old SIM in the phone) from your previous carrier with YES that you are porting your old number over to PM?

How long have you been PM customer? Did you EVER received any call?

HI @bethdennis So, you never get a single incoming call since joinning?
did you request porting your number from another provider? If you did, maybe there is a problem with porting.
