Issue with referral

Hi,

I recently referred someone and have confirmed they are activated and have used my referral code, however I don't see them in my referral dashboard. This activation was done over a month ago so need some assistance

PM stopped posting the last 4 digit of the number you referred.

All you get now is 1 point for every referral you have in the Rewards tab. It is updated just before your renewal date.

your friend got the $10 credit yet?

for friend referral code issue, you need to ask your friend to open one ticket for both you and himself and PM agent will check if the referral was done on both sides
