Issue with port

I cannot receive incoming phone calls but I can make them. I cannot receive texts either. Can someone help? I am using an eSIM. When I go to login it asks for a confirmation code. However I cannot receive texts

If you have not receive a response from CSA yet, I will private message you the Telus team porting number.  This number is only used for porting issues.

@Ab95 did you get the text to confirm the port request itself? If not that is why your not receiving phone calls as it's not complete. 

PM Mobile is currently having issues with new accounts were you are not able to receive SMS.
