Hi,
I updated my credit card for the payment and somehow I put the wrong date. I corrected it but my line has been cut until I pay,now the issue is when I call 611 to pay it asks for my 4 digits account pin. Where do I get that?

The payment has been fixed. I managed to reach out to a support agent

get to Canada Tire, No Frills or SDM and get Public Mobile payment vouchers...then dial 611 to add them and resume service..no PIN req'd this way.

Once account is up and running...log in to the account and reset your PIN to something you can remember...or write it down for safe keeping.

When you created your Public Mobile acct, you were asked to create a PIN number....that's what it's asking for. Does that ring a bell ?
