I have issue with my esim, it didn't work for some reason. And app continue sending verification code to that number. I have access to my email address but it told me that I need verify that phone number, and I can't do it. I don't know hot to re install esim or I already bought a physical sim to contact it to this one.

I have just joined public mobile
I install esim, but it didn't work.
I deleted it. I thought I would be able to reinstall it. But not. I don't know to to do it, old QR code does not allow me to do it.
I bought a physical sim and what to connect it to my account. But for verification I should enter the code that app sending to not existing esim to which I don't have access.
I have access to my email and to app, how I can verify my identity or get verified code in other way, email for example to connect my new bought physical sim or maybe there is some other way how I can fix esim?

More details would be helpful.
Are you a new customer who just activated new accunt with eSIM.
Or existing customer trying to install new eSIM to phone.
Able to access your self service account
