I just tried changing my subscription using my existing public mobile SIM card however it said not valid. Then I tried selecting eSIM & now it’s telling me my number does not exist to transfer to the new plan?? It won’t let me revert back to my account just resume activation. It was quick to take payment for new plan but here I am stuck unable to finish activation & no customer service support. Please help!!
In my opinion Public Mobile is not very user friendly! No customer service wtf?

The account is still active as they took out payment Dec 18 & again this morning after changing my plan. But it says my SIM card is invalid when changing my current plan to a new one. I don’t understand.

Yes, I absolutely did something wrong nonetheless I’m stuck with no way to go back to my account. I would just like to revert back to my account to start the process of changing subscription. I just don’t get that it says to click get support but when I click on it I log in & receive a blank screen??

The first part is correct using the old SIM but you need to login to your account online or app to change subscription if your account was ACTIVE for 90 days. After 90 days…your account will be closed, SIM will be useless and your number will be returned to the carrier you first got the number.
Also, you can port your old number to another carrier and not to the same carrier.
It sounds like your account was closed for nonpayment over 90 days so you need to start from scratch and pick a new number with a new SIM or eSIM.

you've had PM service up to this point, but now you get this message when you select new plan ??? Try shutting down phone and start over. What plan did you change to ?

if you want to change Subscription, you login to My Account and go to Change Subscription page
but what you said sound like you were activating /subscribing new account using old sim card
can you explan where you did it and maybe post screenshots?

Hi,
Public Mobile is all self service. Do it yourself.
It says so on the website.
But if you have issues and need assistance, you can message them at the link below and they will message you back.
