I have been using this number fine until yesterday. Suddenly whenever I make a call to my other, Toronto number it cannot connect and give me the message "Sorry, we cannot complete your call, you do not have the required long distance add on....". I cannot even call this number. Please resolve this issue for me ASAP as I use this number for trading. I contacted Moderator_team but last time they only get back to me within 1 week so hopefully by creating a topic they'll response faster

Are you on a plan with unlimited minutes? If not, you might just have used up your time.

Edit: is it only one number that is not working? Are you dialihg it correctly? A missing or extravfugt often causes an error
What does your account status say?
When was your renewal date?
Does anything else work/ not work?
Try enabling lost stolen mode is self serve for 5 minutes.
Mods do not typically respond to posts you need to contact them directly via private message. With you account info.
Mod reply times have beed around d 72 hours of late.

Sorry you are having trouble. You might find that adding a ”1” to the beginning of your phone call dial might solve the issue. As long as you have minutes left (are not on a limited calling plan) your account may have a provisioning issues where the database of included calling numbers is corrupted. Please reach out to the moderator team and they should be able to reprovision your account. Click this to send them a message
If this is an emergency and you need to contact the number you can always go to the app store and download "fongo" and get a free number while you wait for the moderator team to fix the issue.
I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but send a message to the moderator team and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number and they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)
