Issue Activating Sim with Black Friday Deal

Hi PM,
So on Black Friday, I was able to get the $34 - 50gb deal but I chose the option to purchase a physical sim. I just received the sim card today and when I try to active the sim, it takes me through the whole payment process again and I noticed its charging me $10 for another sim. when I try to go back on the page and select link sim. I gives me an error "We encountered an error processing your request (Error Code:XXX). I tried to also put in my credit card details and when I ask me to put the postal code it says the deal is not in available for the province. Keep in mind when I purchased the Black Fridays deal I also saw that it charged my credit card. If I try to put my payment info again will it charge me again? Please help me...

I just checked, unfortunately the 40gb 5g plan is now $45 per month. You should have the deal that you just paid regardless if the promo is over or not. As Hollister said, you should contact PM through the link he gave you or just login thru the PM app, go to "Support", "Submit a ticket"

An agent will reply to your community inbox which is either an envelope icon top right or in Messages which is accessed by tapping/clicking your avatar if you don't see an envelope (depends on device).

Hey Rainyyu,

I tried logging into the mobile app and it just takes me back to "select a plan" and the black friday deal is gone. So it doesnt work anymore 😕
