Is there a way to check if this smartphone is voice and data compatible on PM

This is an Asian device: Asia: HTC One + back in 2012. The subscriber never had data before. I have a hard time confirming if it will work on Telus' network. I can't pop in my iPhone SIM card because I don't have a nanosim adapter for the device. Is there another way of verifying?

The details are below I got from plugging in the IMEI on an IMEI site checker:

HTC ONE X+ S728E (HTC ENDEAVOR C2) PM35110

Bluetooth, GPS, GSM 1800, GSM 1900, GSM 900, GSM850 (GSM800), HSDPA, HSUPA, NFC, WCDMA FDD Band I, WCDMA FDD Band II, WCDMA FDD Band V, WCDMA FDD Band VIII, WLAN 11a, WLAN 11b, 11g, 11n, WiFi.

According to WillMyPhoneWork, the HTC One X+ S728e 3G does not support 4G LTE. It should be able to see Public Mobile's 3G network on 850MHz and 1900MHz, but it cannot use the 4G network on LTE bands 2, 4, 7 and 17.
