I am at $3 and $2 now. Will it go to 4 and 2 next year, then 5 and 2?

If I upgrade then later downgrade to a plan can I keep the old rewards for both?

You won't get the points noted on the plan page though; that's only for those that don't have legacy rewards. It's one or the in there, and your legacy rewards are far more valuable.

Yes, it will be the maximum is $5 (5 years) for the annual reward and $2 for AutoPay.

That's right, the loyalty reward can go up to $5 alongside the $2 autopay reward. You won't lose your rewards by changing plans.
