I want to park my current PM number to voip.ms. At the same time I want to keep my current plan and discounts, either with the current SIM or with a new one (obviously, with a new number). Is this possible in any way?

Nope, cant be done.
Only one phone number per account, with different email address (aliases are allowed)
The bonus and rewards will apply separately to each account.

How does it work if I add a second number to the existing active one? Will I have 2 accounts (one for each number) or just a single account with 2 numbers?
If the latter is true, the question is which incentives are per account and which are per number? My guess is that the autopay and referral discounts are per account, and possibly the bonuses (e.g. 2GB addon and 500 minutes) could be per number.
Does anybody know how this scenario works?

No you can't do that..
you van get new number for free from another company or you can start in here new activate new line to you earn more rewards ,

Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, you also have the option of allowing your PM account to go into suspended state.
If there are no funds to cover the next renewal, the account will go into a 'suspended' state for UP TO 90 days during which the number and earned rewards remain in effect.
So long as you reactivate the account PRIOR TO 90 days, things will be fine.
AND, you can repeat this cycle so long as there's a period of active service in-between.
(NOTE: you can also place your account in an immediate Lost/Suspend status however doing that causes you to lose whatever remaining time is left on the existing cycle)

No, unfortunately, when you port out, your account is closed permanently. Your rewards and credits will be gone.

Not possible. Once you port your number out your account will be automatically closed.
