I got two SIM cards today and when I activated my sister's first I used my email because I thought they would let me add the phone number to the same account but turns out that's impossible. Is there a way to change her email address so I can use that email on my account?

You would need to contact the CSA via chatbot to help with this, but... There's a risk that you might not be able to use that exact same e-mail again for a new activation, since it might have left some traces in the data base.
Alternatively: aliases work here.
So if your e-mail provider gives you that option I'd try that.
The version of alias that has worked for me was yourname"at"gmail.com and your.name"at"gmail.com, but I've also seen people using the "+" version.

@choig9622 Yes, one account on email address
To change email address, you will need help from PM support. Please open a ticket with them using "forgot email" type of ticket on Chatbot
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
