Is Sri Lanka considered part of India with respect to the internation LD add-on?

Why would a different country be included just because it's in the same part of the world as India? Only countries in the list are included.

@smp99, international long disctance is provided based on the country. Sri Lanka and India are 2 different countries, so no you wouldn't be able to call sri Lanka with the LD add-on.

No Sri Lanka is not included. The available countries are as listed.

With the different country codes, I would doubt it.
Edit: Never mind. I thought they were closer politically/historically let alone proximity. So...no.
