Is Bancroft, ON and surrounding area in the subscription area?

I can see that it is in the "coverage" zone by the maps.  I just can't tell if it is in the allowed subscription area, or are these the same.  Specifically Harcourt ON just west of Bancroft.

Bancroft and the surrounding area is well served by bell towers. Only the tower near Cardiff is lacking the 1900mhz band which should have no effect. Ask anyone that has telus/koodo/pm or bell/virgin/lucky service how their service is and you will know if their are any particular issues with signal due to topographical geography.

If the area is provided service by either Telus or Bell - you'll be good with public mobile

It should have coverage based on the Telus towers which PM uses.
