Iris flip phone transfer

Hi I’m having a super difficult time trying to get a new esim for my iris flip phone. I currently have an iPhone with Public but I want to use the same account on my new flip phone. It’s very hard using the web browser on this new flip phone to get a new esim, is there an easier way??? There is an option to scan a QR in the flip phone settings. How can I do this?

No, you have to download the Public Mobile app to your flip phone and purchase the eSIM that way.

If the flip uses regular SIM then you can purchase one from the store and use that way.

Iris flip phone is an heavily customized Android phone and cannot download PM app for eSIM

although PM should send QR code for eSIM but many said they didn't receive it

check if PM can prepare you the QR code to scan and install

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Iris flip phone is old style flip? if it cannot download PM app, it cannot install the eSIM then.  PM's eSIM requires the app to install the esim on the phone.
