no Apple watch data service with PM here.  if you need a data esim on your Apple watch, you have to go with Telus

Is there a better courier service provider then public that offers Iwatch support cellular +gps?

at public mobile not support eSIM for iwatch...

 @Amberdarin : You can link the watch to the phone but if the watch has an eSIM then no can do. All you can do is link them.
