I would like an invoice that reflects my current address (of which I've updated on my file). I need this to use as proof of residency. Thank you.

oooops sorry still no taxes mentioned. I don't think you will be able to do this from the new and improved site as taxes only appear to show in the TOP UP process and not sure about the new ADD ON purchase process. ( if you will see a screen with taxes like in a TOP UP)

Ditto @Dunkman .....it also depends what the proof of residency is for? In addition to utility bills you may be able to use federal, provincial or city tax papers, t-4's or similar paperwork from investments or banking statements, employment insurance, workman's comp, disability or welfare stubs, traffic or parking tickets, immigration paperwork or visa's, home, auto, life or renter's insurance, CPP, pension or child benefit paperwork. Unfortunately, Public mobile's invoice usually will not be good enough for proof of residency. The major reason why is Public mobile does not check identification when people sign up. You could put any name or address you want on the invoice. There is no credit check or id check when customers sign up with Public mobile.
It would be better to use an utlitility bill like gas, electricity, etc.

@AWillemen The new My Account has way to download all the transaction with your name and address there, but without showing the tax. Not sure if that is enough for your usage
