I received my new public sim but during activation when asked to enter my 19 digit sim it says invalid sim. Do i need to order a new sim?

can you confirm if this is a Public Mobile sim card? and it is a new one that was never being activated?
I don't think you need to buy a new one, but message CS_agent and they can confirm or they will send you another one if needed
