Trying to submit can't get the txt to validate account upon login
Do I have to buy a new sim or can someone flip the switch I'm not sure how to process this I have an account I can't access and a sim that's invalid hooked to a new account what should I do next the account is on and payed three days running

@Myamundreon1 - note a SIM card can only be used for an account once. If it has been used prior at any other time, then deactivated or ported to another provider, you cannot use the same sim card again.
Are you trying to activate a new account? IF so, are you doing this through the public mobile APP? Best to do this through the APP for activations.

OR, are you trying to swap your SIM card on your account to another SIM card number? Try opening a tab in incognito/private mode to log into your My Account that way and see if you can swap the sim card.

Switch to esim if your phone supports it

@Myamundreon1 sim carde rarely fail.
Reseat the sim first. Power down the phone, take sim out and wipe it and put it back and test
If still fails, try your sim in another phone
To rule out device issue, try another active sim in your phone and see if that works

If you're having problems accessing your account because you can't get the 2FA code, this is how you can send it to your email instead. Then once you're logged in, you can go to your account and change the SIM number. However, have you used this SIM to activate a new account? If so, that SIM card may be shot.
Can’t get the 6 digit 2FA code to your phone? Try this method
First, sign into your account at www.publicmobile.ca and use the email you signed up with and the password. If it asks you for a 6 digit code, it will say at the top left CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY.- Enter the 6- digit code sent to *********. But it’s not working!!! As you see by the screen shot below, 1. Click the This is a trusted device. 2. Didn’t get the code? Click on that.
Then, the next window that pops up is this.
Click on Send email. Here it will send you the 6 digit code to the email you registered with. This step is very important. Do not just copy and paste. Enter each digit using your key pad.
You should now be able to get into your account.
