I'm a new subscriber but my referral code is invalid when my friend tries to use it. Any suggestion?

Best is to copy to clipboard and then send to your friend so that they are not mixing up O with 0 and 1 with l for example. Other than that you can open a ticket by clicking the orange circle at the bottom right corner to contact a CS_agent

Common mistake with entering the wrong alpha/numeric number. Mixing up S/5, O/0 or I/1 so check your referral code and re-enter it.
