Tried registration of SIM and then port to PM. It’s showing invalid sim. Pls help!

Hey. The device is from other country so it’s not allowing me to download the app. Any more ideas? I can send a dm to customer service

you completed the registration on the Public Mobile app?
you tried your PM sim in another phone?
if it still show invalid sim, check with support agent and see if the activation was done properly
