I was using Public Mobile on my old phone and then switched to a new phone and when I switched to my new phone using an eSIM all my Internet access on my old phone stopped working, and it is not the router that is the problem I have checked multiple times so I’m just looking to get help on what this problem could be because I can only access Google on my old phone now

Might want to try top reboot the phone. Network reset of phone.
Did you also remove the PM SIM card (or delete eSIM) from old phone?

@Cole6357 So to clarify, the problem is that your old phone no longer works on wifi with your router? If you can access Google then I wonder if somehow you have certain apps blocked for wifi (although people usually do that the other way around, block cellular data to force apps to only use wifi). Do you get a wifi connected icon at the top of your phone?

I can use my backup iPhone and android phone without any SIM in the phones but it can still work connected to my home wifi. Both phones are showing SOS but still working on the Google browser, WhatsApp and TextNow app. You will need to create a TextNow account and pick a new number for the old phone to make calls and texting. The old number is linked to the old SIM/eSIM.

After you have the esim setup on the new phone, it is normal the sim on the old phone will stop working, ie, you will no longer able to call, text and use mobile data on the old phone. You will need to use home wifi for the old phone.
Make sure you disable mobile data in the old phone and turn on wifi. Make sure the phone get valid IP from home wifi and get valid DNS. You might need to manually update DNS in some case or ask someone to help to check the wifi settings on the old phone
