Internet does not work

I have $ 80 on my account, but the Internet does not work. What should I do, why the Internet has not been activated?

Check your Settings and see if Cellular Data and Wifi are both enabled (turned on).

Are you out of data? Having $80 on account won't make it work.  You would need to buy a data add-on or change your plan.
