Hello,
My internet data plan is not working. I still have 3GB of unused data. I reset my network settings and still not working.

Try refreshing your browser by clicking on the circular arrow. The 3gb on your account might be on your previous login.

@Auril just in case it was browser cache problem and you didn't read the correct data left on your account, please login to My Account again using Incognito mode.
If you see 3GB left with Incognito mode, then it could either be local network issue or device settings
Change your Preferred network or network mode to 3G and see if data working on 3G network
If you are on Android, check if your mobile data limiter is enabled, something like this
