You can recieve and send international texts and there's no additional costs.

Hello Sunshine-754,

I believe that all plans can text internationally except for the data only plan as long as you are connected to the Telus/Public Mobile network when texting that particular number.

International texting is free with Public Mobile.
But long- distance international calling is not free and requires an Add-On. You won't be able to make a call without it.

Make sure to Add the 1Gb free holiday Data Add-On and 400 mins International Talk add-On.
