Hello Adara, You may have a "bad SIM card" and buying a new one may work. This happened to me as well when I tried to activate my account, but with a new SIM card it worked perfectly fine. Hope this helps!
Hello Sunshine-754, I believe that all plans can text internationally except for the data only plan as long as you are connected to the Telus/Public Mobile network when texting that particular number. Hope this helps!
