International roaming plans

I am travelling to Cuba tomorrow. I only see add ons for US. Are there any for other countries?

Public mobile is only accessible in Canada.   In the USA its with a Canada-US plan or buy purchasing add-ons. 

You will not be able to use your phone in Cuba. You can use 3rd party apps that connect to wi-fi if you are in a trusted area such as hotels.

Unfortunately @Alizabeth1 , with Public Mobile, outside of Canada the only place you can roam is in the USA.

You would need to rely on local Wi-Fi or purchase a prepaid sim card in Cuba.
