Why have my free add-on minutes for international calls disappeared? When I received them as a bonus, they had no expiry date!!!

They are still there. After you login My Account or PM app, click Usage Breakdown under the Usage Odometer on the front page and you will see them there
Hope your mistaken, it should still be there.
Click on Usage Breakdown.
