I had over 350+ unused LD international minutes on subscription and because Public mobile changed my plan from 15$ a month to 18$ its the same plan just charging more my minutes all disappeared on the renewal date dec 27, Tried contacting but cannot get a ticket # gives error everytime. Its terrible cannot talk to a human, chat bots cannot solve problem

no, they didn't remove it. It could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

yes it was there last month before they raised the price now its gone, I guess they consider it a change of plan when they raise your bill so they can erase all your subscriptions

login My Account or the app, and the click Usage Breakdown under the usage meter to expand the section, and you will see it there. Something like this
