International long distance add-on

Will remaining minutes left on an international long distance add-on be effected with a change of plan to one that includes talk time minutes?

Just for clarity...don't forget the BYO. One could set up a talk only plan in the BYO.

Add-on minutes are not affected by the plan change as long as you plan has call minutes.
