I received my new Sim card in the mail today.
I went into my account and changed the SIM number associated with my account.
I probably should have activated the card first.
Anyways, when I try to activate my new SIM it says the number is invalid, and when I try to switch back to my old SIM card so that I can take phone calls it says the "Sorry, the SIM card number is invalid or already in use. Please try again or order a new SIM card at publicmobile.ca."
i've messaged the Moderator _team, but am hoping someone on here might have the answer faster

Turn off your phone and try the process again.

Sometime the web interface does that.
Close your browser and restart the the process again.
