Hi All,
I'm trying to set up an account and reuse my current Rodgers sim card. When I enter the 19 digits, its says "invalid sim". I'm currently using the sim in an unlocked iPhone 6.
I'm kindda stucked!
Thanks for any help
David

Account and deeper technical issues could take some time but I've not needed it in my year here.
Verify that your phone is compatible, unlocked, not on a blacklist.
Buy a SIM. Or some stores will give it to you if you activate with them in store.
Activate the account.
Make sure everything works.
Use the Change Number feature to transfer (port) your number from your other ACTIVE service.
Wait.
Also don't forget to use a referral code to save a few dollars on your monthly plan!

No Provider in the World let's you use a Sim card from there competitors to activate service on there network. Heck they don't even let you activate within there own Group of Cell Phone companies.

There are some public mobile stores that opened recently also. I would check https://www.publicmobile.ca/fr/qc/store-locator in order to find the closest store for you.

@redevil one very important thing I think we forgot to mention, do not close your rogers account until after a successfull port of your number or it probably wont be available anymore

If you haven't left yet...the first reply to your question is really the solution to it. You then added more questions.
If you know someone already with Public Mobile then you can use their phone number as a referral and get 10 bucks credit and they get a buck/30 days reward.

You can port (transfer) your number from another provider to PM. Here is a link with more info.

do you mean you are using rogers sim card? no, you need to order an sim card from Public mobile website or purchase from walmart.
